Owen is also perfectly nice.

Do you want it to match his brother's name in style? Although I love William (and it would be my personal favorite choice), I feel like Logan and Owen are more similar in style to Cameron. Cameron and Logan. Cameron and Owen.
However, if you're more concerned about choosing a name that has an easy nickname, then William is probably the right one for you. Cam and Will. Logan and Owen would probably become Lo and O (if you're the nicknamey sort) -- I'm not a huge fan of Lo, but I think O is kind of cute. Cameron and Owen. Cam and O.
Which one are you leaning toward?
You basically nailed my inner struggle. While I think Owen and Logan are nice in terms of being the same style as Cameron, I don't like that they don't have a nice nickname like Cam does (we are big nickname people). William is definitely a different style but I love Will. I think Cam and Will is adorable. Hubby is not in love with Owen and really prefers Logan, which has the least nickname potential. Plus I worry it's a bit trendy and "time-stamped".
I feel like right now I'm leaning toward William, but it varies almost daily. At least I have a while to decide!

I vote for Logan. I think it goes better with Cameron. I understand your nn concern but I still like Logan the best.

Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!
