Signature issue

I've had some issues updating my sig. I know how to update and I've read the most recent post. When I go to edit my signature/avatar there is a huge blank box and I can't see anything I use to be able to see.

    I read your post...i dont have the option to save anything. If you re-read my post you will see that I have a huge blank paragraph where one would normally be able to click save.

    ETA:
    I went to the knot and was able to update on thru their site.
