We're potty training now, and although DS has had some accidents, it really isn't bad. I think I've potty trained too many dogs to be grossed out by this.

In case you can't tell, I love my hedgehog. DH and DS like her, but she's MINE. I'm obsessed.

I sent DH to run errands, and he was saying he owes me bc he wanted to get out of the house. I didn't want to go, but I'll let him think he owes me for staying home with the potty training toddler.

I have a purple sparkly eureka vacuum. Poor thing has to shine in a closet since I got a dyson for Christmas last year

We just got back from the mall, where DD was playing on the toys. She enjoyed herself, but all the older kids who were there made me mad. There was one girl who kept pushing other kids and cornering little ones and hissing at them. And her mom didn't care.

We currently have the mini Dyson Ball. It does good on the hard wood, but sucks with the carpet and the layer of cat hair and Rosie crumbs. The one I'm drooling over is a canister Dyson Pet vacuum.

I make too many typos when I am tired. It's all DHs fault for being so douchey that I slept on the couch last night. If your eyes bleed go to him for an apology. I doubt you will get it because I haven't gotten mine.

Apparently, little man's formula is the only brand with no generic. Lovely. Plus I cannot buy it at Costco. I may switch him to Enfamil Gentlease just so I can buy it at Costco.

We are hockey fans in this house. My husband watched TV in the afternoon during naps and then when he went to turn it on again for hockey games in the evening there was nothing. So apparently our TV decided to revolt against us and deprive us of hockey one more night. So now my husband is in town spending $1200 on a new TV. Horray.

I hate winter. I love KS so much more than Alberta. It was so stinking cold cars would just die on the street.
I remember when I first moved here and people would ask me if we really did plug our cars in to make sure they would go. And I was like "Helll yes, how else are you going to get where you need to go?? You can't just take all of winter off because it's cold!"

Yeah you can't get through the winter without plugging in your cars here. Last week it was hovering around 0. Today it is -20 with a windchill that feels like -30. And it's only supposed to get colder.

I'm sitting in a Starbucks with DH, sans kids, drinking coffee and bumping while DH reads. I rarely get the time away from the boys, and to be perfectly honest, it makes me a bit twitchy to be away from them...does that make me weird?

Oh and I'm super glad I'm not in Canada because negative 40 degree weather seriously would be the end of me. I'm biitching today because its only in the 30s and it was in the 60s yesterday!

There is no heat in the restaurant so we have to make do with what floats over from the bar, hotel and out of the kitchen. I just vacuumed to warm myself up and all the hockey players are leaving and holding the front doors open causing the wind to blow in.

It's not bad. Everyone has an extension cord waiting where they park.

It's definitely easier than walking against cold freezing wind.
