Bump at Epidural Site

It?s been almost 3 years since my last delivery and I feel a small amount of fatty tissue where my epidural was. The only way I can see it is if I curve my back and look at it in the mirror and it just looks like a little bump. (I kind of wonder if its always been there?) It doesn't hurt or anything. Does anyone else have this at their epidural site? I'm wondering if it's scar tissue or something?
