Pre-e, vomiting blood?

Already talked to one nurse, waiting on my primary nurse and the doctor on call to come talk to me. I'm on moderate bed rest in the hospital - I get to walk around for the bathroom/shower/drying my hair/etc. I've had several mild nose bleeds while I've been in here, but nothing more than just a few drops here and there. Just got up to brush my teeth about 20min ago, and out of no where I suddenly felt nauseous. Vomited all over the sink, all just bile and blood. The blood was red, not brown, and I haven't consciously been aware of any nose bleeds this morning (and no blood on my pillows from last night). Wishing the doctor would come in already. Anyone have similar experiences with pre-e? My BP is currently medication stable (200mg labetalol 2x/day) and I haven't had any other serious symptoms like headache or anything.
