  We just did a 13 hr each way road trip and brought an overnight bag for filled with several sleepers, a few outfits, a sweater, jacket, five or so blankets, a couple burpie rags, my pump, a bottle, her bath wash, some small toys like rattles and stuff, her bouncy seat (she sleeps in it), pnp (I put the bouncy seat in it but we had a crib where we went so skipped this buttock it with us the week before), a stroller if you will need it...we didn't this time so I just had my sling. I think that was it.  This age is nice since they don't really need toys and stuff until they're older...when we go on vacation this summer it will be a different story!

  I also brought a pack of sposies, two packs of wipes and a wet bag with cloth diapers for two days...I have always found it easier to bring all of that stuff if you have room.

  And try leaving late if you don't mind driving at night. Both kid slept almost the entire time.  My nieces did the same and they usually hate the car! We left at 7 this time and then there's no traffic too!
