  Why were you induced the previous two times?  My best advice is to do whatever you can do avoid induction in the first place.  Do as much as you can to eat healthy and stay healthy during your pregnancy so that you do not develop any risk factors that may cause a dr. to encourage induction.  We took Bradley classes and found those to be very helpful.  Do you think your Dr. may be "induction happy"?  You may want to switch providers (a new ob or midwife) and possibly hospitals.

  I have had 2 medfree births, my first was completely natural and the second was via induction because I was 2 weeks overdue.
  
  The first was so much better/easier, but the induced labor was doable as long as I had my labor support, a focal point and took it one contraction at time.

  I was induced due to pPROM and I went natural. When I found out that I was going to be induced with Pitocin I was very upset because I didn't think I'd be able to go w/o the epidural, but I did! My DH and midwife pretty much just ignored me when I asked for one near transition.

  My 1st I was induced 5 days early due to high blood pressure. The 2nd I was a week past my due date. I almost went natural with my 2nd second but couldn't stand the pain. I just want to try some ways to get through the pain if i'm induced again.
