  Now I'm eating dried apples.from Costco. I may just start a thread called What is Cups eating? and just randomly add to it whenever I eat.

  And to toss out more complete randomness (because I need a break from internet house-hunting), this is my nightly routine since living in the hotel:

  Go out and eat somewhere (because of my phobia of using the kitchenette dishes in my hotel), come back, let DS go crazy for a little while, fight with DS to get his diaper changed and put him in his pjs, pile up the extra pillows on the floor between the beds, put DS in PNP and say goodnight, turn out the lights, then sit on the pile of pillows between the beds and hang out on the internet. I have to sit on the floor so DS can't see me (or he won't go to sleep), and the internet at the hotel is wired, and that's as far as the cord will reach. Then when he's finally asleep, I move up onto the bed and waste more time on the internet - can't turn on a light to read because it would wake him up, and I can't turn on the tv because of the noise/light.

  Yeah...living the exciting life here.

  All of that is so me, lol.

  I obviously didn't go to bed earlier, I just laid down and played on the Kindle fire. But now I really am going to bed.

  Pretty cold here, too (after being in Hawaii so long). DS is always messing with the knobs on the hotel heater/a/c, and I can't ever get the temp right - I either wake up freezing or frying.

  I didn't even know they made those - sounds interesting.

  Look for them in the ethnic section of any grocery store that has one.  Not every store has them but when we find them we snatch them up.  Nice and simple, too.  Ingredients: Plantains, vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt.

  I was really bad the weeks after we moved out of our house and were staying with family - I had them hidden since we hadn't told our families about LO2 yet, so I'd never remember. But I ate a lot healthier then, too - MIL makes sure to feed us well. I definitely need to be taking them now since we're eating out so much.

  I have a feeling when Sophia starts talking she's never gonna shut up. Just in the last two days she's picked up some new stuff. She literally went from saying two words to two phrases. That's nuts. She's been saying all weekend "There you go" and "What's that?". You ask "Sophia give me a kiss", she replies "noooo". Still cracks me up when she barks at the squirrels in the yard.
