DS birthday is in June but we have to rent the pavillion now since all the parks get booked for graduation and end of the year picnics. We need to do it soon.
DS is turning 4 and we are wanting to do it at a park. They have a shelter, playground and stuff. We wanted to do it early so its not too hot and humid plus people have graduation parties later in the day usually.
Is 10 too early on a sat. morning? It wouldnt bother me to go to a party that early but my son is up early. We thought we could do donut holes, fruit salad, something else and juice when we get there then the kids could play, do the pinata, eat cupcakes, open presents and be done by 12. What do you think?

Re: is 10am too early for birthday party
This is my siggy. Love it.
I think it's a great idea too... in fact, I would steal your idea if half of my family with small children didn't live more than 30 minutes away.
Very unique and cute, IMO.
We are just a weird family. We pay for it in naps though.
Yup, that was our thoughts too. Kid goes down at 8 and up at 10. We can stay up late. It was nice.
You are so lucky...my kid doesnt nap goes to bed at 7:30 or 8 and is up at 6:30 or 7. Plus he wakes up a million times. I miss sleep. I think we will go for 10 and if someone cant make it thats ok.
