CVS (the store) rant

I called my doctor today to ask for something for the MS.  It is awful and time for some relief.  They called in a prescription for me and I've been checking in with CVS by phone to see when it will be ready. 

About 20 minutes ago, when I called the store I got the "ding ding ding this number is not in service."  I've been calling all day, same number, are. you. effing. kidding. me.

Now I'm going to go stand at their counter until they hand over my script.  I'm sure they'll enjoy my gagging and occassional puking while I wait.

    My husband works in a pharmacy and he says a lot of times the doctors don't call stuff in when they say they do. Also at Target pharmacy he would complain about the phones always being messed up. Doctors would call stuff in and it would never ring so it would go into a voicemail bank that doesn't notify you that there is a message. Patients would come in for scripts that they didn't have, so a tip is to ask them to check their message line if they can't find your prescription. :)
