I'm new to the bump . I've always lurked on different boards but found after reading many posts that I relate most to this board . so I'm hoping that I may join I am a single mom and have been for about a year . I have a 14month DD.
What I need advice on is recently my DDs father and I have been battling constantly over EVERYTHING. Right after our split I went to the courts and got all custody issues taken care off . Written in our papers was that I was to be supplying health insurance because at the time his work did not provide it . Since then he has gotten a new job and they supply health insurance at a pretty high cost weekly. Without my consent he went behind my back and filed her for his insurance even though our court papers say that before that is able to happen both parties must agree and I do not . I'm not sure what to do.. I have amazing insurance for myself and DD and I pay next to nothing and now he will not let me have any of the insurance paper work though I'm the one who takes her to appointments/etc. . If I am to take this issue to court what do I do? I'm not sure what steps I should take and what I need to mention or address in paper work . Any advice help is appreciated .

I guess I'm failing to see the issue in your child having 2 forms of insurance?... I don't see why he would need your permission to provide additional child support for the child. He doesn't need to give you the insurance information, he needs to provide it to the doctors office. I guess I"m failing to see the problem here.
