Another eating question

My LO is FF. Usually takes 15 to 30 mins to eat. Sometimes I change her before, during or after. And sometimes after the bottle she sleeps or is up and happy and playin for a bit.
She usually eats around 4oz every 2hrs sometimes.
Example: 12p you start the bottle. 12:30 finished and LO is content, burped, changed and playful. By 1p she starts to get fussy. 99 of the time I will give her the paci and she will start to doze off so I know she is tired but other times she starts grunting like she wants more to eat.
Did you ever feed more to your LO an hour later?!?! Am I correct in thinking that she is fed enough if she is done and happy after her initial eating?!?

    I'd say try. Sometimes I have given him more. Does lo spit out the bink when you try to soothe? Thar could mean hungry.

    Always try to offer more food, but only another 1-2 oz.  My LO will scream bloody murder if you try to give her a pacifier when she's hungry.  Also a growth spurt can cause more hunger since they are using more calories. Hope this helps.

    I will rub LOs cheeks and if she turns to my finger with her mouth open, she's hungry.. If she ignores me then I don't try to feed her more
