I did with my DD. The only thing that really helped in the end was a massage from my chiropractor. But in the meantime you can stretch it: stand by your desk and put the ankle of the side that is hurting on the opposite knee. Then sort of 'sit down' using just the one leg and holding on to your desk. It'll help stretch the area to give you some relief (hopefully)
I have it bad at times. My doctor actually was ready to put me on tylenol with codeine to manage the pain. From what I understand there is little that can be done. I have noticed a little sugar gets the baby to move enough to give me relief
I had it so bad a few weeks ago that I could barely walk. My dr. gave me some stretches to do that really helped. This may be hard at work! One you could probably do is stand up against a wall and bend your knees keeping your back against the wall. Then work on pushing your lower back towards the wall. If you are doing it right, it will feel amazing! You can also get on your hands and knees and arch your back up and down. Really focus on your lower back.
For me, I had to spend an entire day in bed and then getting up to do stretches. I swear, it went away as quickly as it came though. Now it is fine! Baby must have moved!
Re: anybody else have bad sciatic nerve pain?
I did do some stretching, tylenol and heating pad and that would ease the pain, but the only thing that really helped was going to the chiro.
Yes horrible sciatic nerve pain. Especially at night. Almost to the point where i can't move my hips or legs because they go so numb...
I usually have my s/o rub my lower back for me.... but i have no suggestions for at work.
Sorry..
Hope you start to feel better

I had it bad around 30 weeks too, I took pre-natal yoga classes and it helped and my 32 weeks it was gone....
