Fisher price apptivity gym

I was just browsing and came across this. I know everyone has different opinions on screen time for babies and mine is everything in moderation but ultimately it's your kid, so make the best choices for your family. However, I think this is going a bit far. Thoughts?

    Somebody got my DS the apptivity monkey for his birthday. I returned it. I personally think its unnecessary. I don't let DS watch tv so, an occasional Sesame Street song in you tube when he is giving me a hard time at meals is about as much tv a he gets.

    You're right....everyone is allowed to have their own opinion.  However, as an occupational therapist I find this horrifying! Babies should be interacting with their environment, not watching a screen.  Quite honestly, people whose kids spend a lot of time in front of a screen are just asking for motor and developmental problems down the road.
