Nipples compatible with all bottles?

Does anyone know if the Breastflow nipples are compatible with all bottles, or only certain types? I'm trying to check on BRU, but their website is about as helpful as a hole in the head.

it depends how wide they are. if they are wide you need a wide bottle, i'm sure just about any kind would work if they were similar size

It has to be certain types as bottle mouths vary in size.

Most nipples are not compatible with other bottles.
