Level 2 ultrasound/amino

Just back from our level 2 ultrasound with the perinatalogist no clue if I am spelling that wrong. As good of news as we can get this far. Baby definitely baby boy according to ultrasound tech had no markers for Down syndrome and everything was measuring well. DH and I had discussed and with the elevated blood work, wanted to find out definitively so we went ahead with the amino. It wasn't too bad and procedure went well. Resting for the rest of today. And we will have prelim results on Monday

Happy that the stress of waiting for test is over and that the us results were good. Just a few more days of waiting

    Glad the test went well. Good luck, and I hope you get your results quickly. We did the CVS test, which I thought was painless (although a bit uncomfortable), and the peace of mind we got from having complete results was so worth it.

    Glad everything looked good today, I'm hoping the amnio comes back with great results as well. Best of luck to y'all!

    Congrats on the boy. Glad the results so far are good. I had to do an amnio with my last pg. we have our level 2 u/s tues.
