For those with sore boobs

I never had sore breasts with my other pregnancies, but I'm starting to get them now. Are your boobs constantly sore/tender, or just to the touch? When you go up and down the stairs? Mine is just the left one and more to the touch than anything. I know everyone is different, but I'm just curious as to what your experience is. TIA!

  • I definitely wouldn't try jumping jacks. Mine have been rather sore the whole time. I don't even like letting DH touch them. But I have almost no morning sickness so I don't complain.

  • My soreness has faded in the last week but mine were always sore. Obviously touching them or doing anything to make them bounce caused additional pain but they were still always sore.

  • First mine were sore from growing so fast. Now they are just sore to the touch. It makes sleeping extremely difficult. And they are itchy too!

  • Mine are constantly sore, and more recently, itchy! Sleeping is terrible - I actually try and keep the girls on top of my snoogle, because if they just do what they want it's the WORST!

  • Mine just hurt if they get accidentally bumped, which is often since I have a rambunctious 2 year old.  :)  Sometimes when I'm laying on my side, I can tell the one on the side I'm laying on feels pretty sore.  I'm don't mind having this as a symptom though, since I haven't had any ms.  I had an mc a few months ago and I'm happy to have whatever symptoms I can so that I know baby's okay.  :)
