While a ton of their food is orange right now, it would take enormous amounts to do any harm. The main thing i've heard about is the skin taking on an orange hue, but again, that was after downing exorbitant amounts. The little, in comparison, that your child eats isn't enough to be harmful.

This. Vitamin C in particular is just flushed out when your body doesn't need anymore. Unless your child is eating several full tubs of only orange foods each day, I can't imagine being worried about it.
It's almost impossible to overdose on vitamin A in natural plant foods. If you were feeding him a lot of Liver or giving him a vitamin A supplement I would stay be worried, but not if he's just eating his vegetables.
