Free birth announcement code?

I got a package from my MW at my first visit for birth announcement credits but now I can't remember which website it was for. I entered it back in May but I want to get an idea of what kind I want to order once he gets here. Did anyone else get this, or another code?

I thought it was shutterfly but when I go to their website it doesn't say I have any special offers and I know I put the code in to see if it worked. I dont think it could have expired already so I don't know where it went.
