Having horrible contractions the past 3 days, 4cm dia but baby wont drop :(

    That's hard.  Have you tried anything to try to help with positioning?  If baby isn't dropping there's a chance it could be in a less than optimal position.  Pelvic rocks, chiropractic care, and exercises that can be found on spinningbabies.com can help with that.
