Tonight I'm crocheting hats for LO and being a post whore on SAHMs (I'm in a race to gold with another poster).

However, tomorrow night I may Bump While Intoxicated. We're having a small GTG.

Dashing through the snow to get back home from my and LO's weekend hiatus we spent at my mom's house.

I tried to drink on Christmas. I had a 1/4 of a rum and coke and DH basically grabbed the drink out of my hand because I forgot I was driving in my own car. So much for that.

Im kind of jealous :P

This might make me sound terrible but I totally have three or four drinks a week. Mostly its a glass of wine or a martini with dinner though. I think I've only actually been drunk once since LO came, and it was on our cruise. haha

Seriously though, wine. Thats all I have to say.

DH and I won a set of stemless red and white wine glasses in a Secret Santa game over christmas and I was so excited about it. We already had some wine glasses but I love he stemless ones.

Saw The Hobbit in 3d at the local IMAX with DH, my stepson, and my in-laws. My mom watched the baby for us. It was a good movie and it was good getting out of the house for a bit. Baby's asleep, I'm pumping since I missed a feeding, and I'm thinking about having a beer in a couple of minutes.

I live in Utah and you cant buy liquor in a regular grocery store and the beer is weaker, so it takes alot of effort and money to make anything I like. We've had alcohol in our house literally like 5x. I like it, but I would be the only one drinking it.

I drunk-bombed my friends wedding in Vegas and I was loosing my dignity on a people mover (like in the airport) and almost in tears thinking I was going to get arrested because I was trashed. Keepin it klassy.

eta- point of last paragraph is I dont do well with it anyways... so...

LOL! On our cruise we went to the on board club one night because drinks were half price if you wore white and it was michael Jackson hour. I was TRASHED and a huge black guy walked in with a long white coat on and I noticed him right away and then my jaw hit the floor when he walked past me. HE HAD MICHAEL JACKSON AIR BRUSHED ON THE BACK OF HIS JACKET.

I was so drunk that when I left I found him and asked him to take a picture with me. I almost died when I looked at it the next day.

fun times! I' m still nursing dd, even in the middle of the night, so I haven't been drunk yet. But dh and I went on a date yesterday and had some beers & saw ' this is 40' last night

I went to bed early b/c I was tired. Unfortunately DH decided to get plastered and play his shootem' up computer game. He woke me up a couple of times banging stuff around b/c it's more fun when he's mad (?!). Then he came to bed around 1 AM, coughed for an hour, and threw up in the bed. Fun times! (But I couldn't get mad b/c he washed a whole boat load of dishes for me yesterday.)

I haven't had anything to drink since we started TTC. I'm going on almost two years! DH isn't a drinker and he thought it was hilarious when I said that I missed having a cold beer on a hot day or a glass of wine with a nice dinner. I still nurse through the night so I won't be drinking any time soon!

I haven't been drunk in a long time, but after the weekend of stomach flu in our house, the idea makes my tummy churn. That being said, being a good WI girl, we have a well stocked beer fridge and I enjoy a beer or a glass of wine or a tom jerry, now that it is cold out, a few nights a week. I limit myself to one. The general rule of thumb around here is that if you are okay to drive, you are okay to nurse. Maybe it is just cultural, but we don't get too worked up about safe drinking habits in my group of friends.
