    It isn't really a method, but a way of thinking about getting pregnant. i.e.: the sperm should be there before the egg is popped out.  Rather than saying "Oh, I ovulated, I better go put some sperm in."

    Basically, it's trying to have sex in the days leading up to ovulation rather than just on the day of ovulation itself. 

    ETA: I haven't read the book, but that's what the term means...fairly common term on some other boards I frequent.

    Thanks! Yeah, when I googled it, I was kind of disappointed that it wasn't anything more special. Just what everyone here does anyway. Haha

    Ha ha how funny...  but to answer your question, per FF on my O day.. I got this super cramp that lasteda few seconds, then went away. Not saying that its when they met but you never know. 

     Also, my post was for people who could probably could use a little more information for conception and ovulation.  A free download never hurt.

    I downloaded it... really helps to have a plan when trying to get started.  Like, I know the science of how it works but it can be overwhelming. Hopeful...
