nanny recommendations

We are looking for a nanny for our new baby boy who is expected to be here any day now. I also have a 3 year old that goes to daycare/prek. He will have to picked up on the days that my husband and I work late. We live in East Dallas and are looking for someone reliable, very professional, EXPERIENCED WITH NEWBORNS, and comes highly recommended. My husband and I have demanding jobs and we can't miss work so we need someone to be home with the baby because we don't want to do a childcare facility.  Any suggestions?
