Grumpy baby-teething?

DS has been sooo grumpy the last few days, and sleeping AWFUL. Any other reasons than teething that may come to mind? he does not seem to be drooling/chewing any more than normal...growth spurt? Just wondering what your experiences are...I am a second time mom, and you would think I had a clue, but DS #1 was so easy and #2 is challenging :)

    It could be ear infection.  That's really the only time my baby sleep really bad.  Good luck!

    My little man sleeps badly and is grumpy under the following conditions: teething, ear infection/sick, or being overtired. Did something happen with his sleep that got him off track?  Over the holidays he was terribly grumpy because he didn't want to nap with everything going on, which resulted in him sleeping badly at night too from being over stimulated and over tired. 

    Good luck, I am currently on an off-and-on cycle with my son so I feel ya!...he has a good sleep/mood week, then a bad week, then a good week, etc.
