BFP!!!

On CD 7 *blushing*. .. .. Yes, I'm in medical school and thought I had a period. 4th month off BC after over 10 years on. 2nd month TTC.

Symptoms: I had a horrible, horrible stomach flu on Sunday with a high fever. It threw my temps off, so I stopped temping. BFN on Sunday before popping some ibuprofen, barfing it, and then taking some more. I got what I thought was my period Sunday as well- they have been light since getting off the pill. Light, but "normal" period with some cramping.

I missed M through Wed of work-- waves of nausea and feeling faint.... went back Thursday feeling good. Still having some reflux/stomach pains. My temp has been very weird this week and I've felt beaten down.

So I'm feeling good today- DH and I decided to try the EOD method. I just got done asking a poster below when to start HIO based on my last two cycles... Decided to pee on an O strip since it's my "3rd" cycle and I like to see my long fade in pattern. It was blaringly positive. I start freaking a little, squeeze out 5 more drops of pee, and test with an HCG... and I got this:

So if I go back to my last cycle, I'm ~19DPO....

What we did: Sex O-3 through O, temping, OPKs. Green tea. Hip propping (a pink swear promise to my grandma.)

How I told DH: I was in my underwear in the bathroom, getting ready for bed. I ran downstairs with one arm covering my boobs and said something like, "uhh, I need you to come here right now. i think I'm pregnant." He looked like I was joking. We literally just had the convo of "get your game face on, tomorrow we're getting it on!" I'm trying to explain how a line is a line but he says he's waiting to get excited.

I am excited, but cautiously. I have been taking ibuprofen, been very malnourished this week (I weigh the least I've weighed in 1.5 years after that bug!), and took half a migraine pill yesterday. I'm still spotting a little from what I thought was my period... and that line is pretty faint for being 19 dpo.... . .. . .. .. but it was on 5 drops of pee after just peeing. Guess we will see tomorrow.

EDD: August 28th, I think that's what FF said for last cycle. I'm going to have to work on this chart.

Haha I noticed in the 2ww you kept saying you weren't spotting as much this month and I kept thinking it would end up being because you were KU. I was surprised when you stopped posting on 2ww and never made a bfp post lol. Congrats!
