I received a giftcard for a maternity massage for my bday in the fall and I am trying to figure out if its best to use it now or wait and seeking any advice. i would love to do it now since it would be a stress reliever of sorts after the holidays, but also thinking my aches and pains are going to get worse in the next few months so maybe i am better off waiting a bit? Hoping some STMs can provide feedback on if I'll appreciate more when i get further along.
Re: Maternity Massage timing question
I like that you used the word scrumptious. Now I really want one!
I went once or twice a week through all of this second trimester. Any time would be a good time (just be sure that you get to relax that day and the next, I over did it the day after my last massage and am really regretting it).
The only reason I would do it sooner rather than later would be because I was still able to lay on the bolster that that has holes for your belly and boobs at 23 weeks, but after that it wasn't comfortable and had to switch to lying on my side which is still good but not as good. However, some LMP won't use the bolster after 20 weeks or ever...
That's the only word I can use to describe my last one!
DOOO ITTTTTTTTTT!
The way I figure it, you get one now, and if you really like it, you can always ask for another one as a belated x-mas present (why not
) later.
hahaha, ditto
