Early ovulation on Clomid??

Has anyone ever ovulated before finishing your course of Clomid?

 I am doing 150 mg of Clomid cd3-cd8.  I am currently on cd8 and today my mucous changed to "ovulation mucous".  I have a monitoring appointment on Friday.

    As PPs said, if you're doing TI, then go ahead and have sex. I'd also try to go in for a monitoring appointment tomorrow, rather than Friday. Good luck!

    Did you take a test? I would, and if it's positive go in tomorrow for monitoring. I ovulated around day 30 on my own and this last cycle on clomid I was ready to trigger day 12. 

    Me: 33 DH: 32 SA#1 low count (6mil) SA#2- now in IUI range!(30mil) Dx:MFI
    11/1- IUI#1,12/1- IUI#2, 1/2- IUI#3 all BFFN
    IVF#1. Long Lupron.ER 3/8 10R,4M,5F. ET 3/3-one 1AB, 2 frosties 5dp5dt-BFP!! Beta 3/25-794 Beta 3/27- 1794
    First u/s 4/8 saw hb. 4/22 missed mc 8w3d. d&c 4/26
    FET #1- bcp start 6/9. ET 7/12. 2 perfect blasts.5dpt-BFP!! 
    Beta 7/24 -1,239!! Beta 7/26- 2569 Beta 7/29- 7120.  U/S 8/7 hb 118! U/S 8/14 hb 143! U/S 8/20 hb 170. Graduated!! Stick baby stick!

    I've done Femara twice and ovulated early every time. I asked my RE about it and she said that they prefer to have an ovulaiton around CD 12-14 and that ovulating early is actually a good thing.
    My Constantly Confusing Chart: My Ovulation Chart TTC#1 since 6/2011 DX IR 7/2011, started on Metformin IF testing with RE 6/2012 DX lowish TSH, Lowish AMH, and uterine polyp 7/2012 Uterine Polyp removal 8/2012 Started Synthroid and increased Vit D 7/2012 9/12 - IUI#1+Femara+Bravelle+Ovidrel=BFN 11-12/ Femara+ TI = BFN 12-12/Femara+ 75 Menopur = BFFN 1-13/ Femara+ 150 Menopur+ IUI# 2 = BFP!     Yep! I always O early on meds. Without them, IF I ovulate, it's around CD 19 or 20. While on clomid or letrozole, it's closer to CD 13, but once was as early as CD 10.

    Me: 32, DH: 34  / TTC since February 2011 / SA: all normal, HSG: all clear! / on Lovenox for anticardiolipid antibodies
    4 IUIs with Clomid, Letrozole, and Menopur. All BFN.
    9/12: lap / hysteroscopy: found and removed mild endometriosis, cervical polyp, and 2 para-tubular cysts
    5/13 IVF #1: Follistim, Menopur, Ganirelix, 10R/4M/4F, ET of 2, 5 cell and 4 cell, no frosties = BFN
    12/13 IVF #2 = November / December 2013. Microdose Lupron Protocol: 15R/6M/6F, Froze all 6 due to high E2 and P4
    FET 1: Jan 22, 2014 of one 4AB blast and one 3BB blast (3 blasts on ice!)
    BFP on HPT 4dp5dt, Beta #1 9dp5dt: 310, Beta #2 11dp5dt: 899
    First u/s on 2/17/14: TWINS!!!!! both w/HBs of 114 at 6w3d, HBs 150 and 152 at 7w5d
    5/27/2014: Team purple!!!!  EDD 10/10/2014 / 
    Delivered by c-section at 32w0d 8/15/2014 due to preeclampsia/HELLP syndrome

    I've ovulated as early as CD 10 on clomid. Every cycle for me has been earlier and earlier so I still use opks so we don't miss another cycle due to early ovulation.

    TTC since 3/2011 Adenomyosis, LPD, hypothyroidism. 
    BFP on 7/20/12 after 4 cycles Clomid + IUI 
    2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d   
    D&E 8/18/12 Sonohysterography found septum and necrotic tissue.   
    Hysteroscopy to remove both 10/5
    IUI #5-7 50mg Clomid + trigger = BFN  
    IUI #8 Femara + Bravelle + HCG + Progesterone = BFP 3/27/13
    Beta 1 (13dpo) = 169  Beta 2 (17dpo) = 1073  No heartbeat at 9w3d. 
    D & C 5/10/13  Triploidy 69 (paternal inherited)
    IVF #1 with ICSI and PGS 11R 8M 5F 2 biopsied/frozen
    PGS results = 1 with trisomy 13 & 1 good embryo for FET 
    FET #1 EV, estrace, nitro patches.  Cancelled due to thin lining
    FET #1.2 oral estrace, f'ing nitro patches and no delestrogen.  Transfer 12/31. BFN
    PAIF/SAIF welcome
    Surprise BFP on 6/13/14  Our only unmedicated bfp ever.
    Beta #1 339  Beta #2 649 44 hour doubling time

    I think I ovulated on CD10 this cycle.  It happened before I even went in for monitoring.  I'm concerned about O'ing too early that my lining would be to thin.
