  Have you ever watched so much the "You need a break" screen comes up?  Makes me feel like a slug.  Of course, I usually click no.

  Seriously. Even if the commercial is hilarious, by the third time it starts inducing rage. It's not like they can't track what commercial you see!

  So true.  I'm pretty sure I heard in 2013 legislation is going into effect that will require stations to play commercials at the same/similar volume as their shows.  But I'll bet that legislation was drafted before online viewing became so common.  Hulu probably gets a loophole.
