I can't believe I'm actually writing this post, but we finally got our positive. 
I was on my 4th cycle of medication and 3rd IUI getting nervous thinking we would have to move onto to IVF. I was scheduled for my blood test today 12/18/12 but couldn't help myself this weekend to test. On CD25 I tested Neg, then CD26 I got a really, really faint line so I went out a bought a Digital. Both said Pregnant Just got the call from my fertility clinic and my numbers came back good, 207. I'm beyond excited for this!
What I did this cycle. I drank soo much green tea, pom juice and a ton of water.
How I told DH: well this whole time I was wanting to do something really cute and special but as soon as I took my test at home I came out and showed him, he couldn't stop smiling.
Thank you so much everyone for all the great advice and everything you taught me. I'm so happy that I found this page, I honestly don't think I would have learned so much if you weren't there. So thank you again.
Off bc since 2/11. Started opk's on7/11. Temping since 1/12. DH SA= Normal :)HSG was normal. 4th cycle of Letrozole 5mg daily. 3 failed iui's. Had 4th one done, fx for 12/18.

Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

BFP 12/19/12: Ectopic discovered at 8 weeks, right tube removed 01/18/13
