Fantastic Gymnastics Dora

Anyone get this for your DD for Christmas?

We got it for Taylor for her birthday and it is BROKE!

Dylan got mad at Tay and threw it down the stairs yesterday and broke a finger off...  but there is some internal malfunction from it and now it's not working.

Fisher Price/Mattel is emailing me a return label to ship it back and they will replace it.  I was honest.  I fixed the finger and could care less about that.  The fact that it does not turn on, even with battery replacement peeves me.

Poor girl will more than likely not get her replacement until after Christmas now.

    I was so tempted, DD2 loves Dora. I'm afraid it will be a toy that's played with for a day and then forgotten. This seems to happen with most dolls in our house.

    DH and I read/watched reviews on this before DD's 1st birthday. She's obsessed with Dora and we considered getting it for her but decided against it. She's too young for it and honestly from the reviews it seems that it broke easily. She could only flip one way and it seemed fragile to us.

    At least they're going to replace it...sorry it won't be until after Christmas though. Poor kid.
