My DH has always taken a daily vitamin and I think an omega 3 supplement. I have always cooked with organic foods and served only antibiotic free meats, so that's a non issue (I performed antibiotic resistance research in undergrad so I'm a bit anal about this). The only difference is that he no longer wears compression shorts during his work outs or on the golf course.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
When I first read this, I laughed and thought..yea, he has more sex. When I started taking prenatals, he started taking a multivitamin and will continue even after TTC.
DH doesn't do anything different during TTC, he already takes a multivitamin and eats relatively healthy. This is only our first month TTC so things may change if we don't concieve after awhile.
The only two thing DH has changed so far is that he started taking a multivitamin and he stopped putting his laptop over his junk.
DH read in a Men's Health article that walnuts can improve sperm count and motility, but he doesn't make any effort to eat them more than usual. He also could probably switch from boxer briefs to boxers, but I'm not too worried about it at this point.

My dh has a multivitamin...not sure how good he is about taking it. I have read though that it takes 3 months for something like a vitamin or a diet change to effect sperm FYI...
He is now taking a multivitamin and doesn't masturbate during my FW anymore. I found out he was still masturbating during my FW the past three cycles (since we've been TTC) and had a talk with him about it. It was an innocent mistake because he didn't know too much sex can affect sperm count. We have sex pretty often (at least several times a week) even when it's not my FW, so he shouldn't be feeling needy at all anyway. I like to think I keep him satisfied. Humph. We'll see if either change makes a difference this time.
He always takes a multivitamin, but I just ask him to watch his alcohol/caffeine intake these days. He doesn't drink either excessively, but I've just asked him to be aware whole we are ttc

Nope, nothing different. He has been taking a multi vitamin for a while now. Over 3 years ago he quit smoking. I think it was about 2 years ago he stopped drinking only Dr. Pepper with the occasional water and juice.

Just curious, but don't quite a few people shoot for sex every day during FW, or at least EOD?
DH isn't doing anything different than taking a multivitamin, which didn't take much convincing since they're of the gummy variety.
My DH started taking a muti vitamin when i started a PNV three months ago. He also no longer wears his compression shorts to thw gym he hope we get KU fast so he can put them back on! He also keeps the laptop off his lap :

TTGP grad here lurking... We got pregnant having sex every day for 6 days prior to O and during the FW, usually 2x a day. My understanding is it only affects if he already has issues with low count.
Due with #5 April 22, 2015. It's a girl!!!!!
Yes it was planned, yes we know what causes that, no we are not on public assistance, and yes we will be getting cable after this.
