Hey ladies!!! I see we have a few newbs over here, welcome gals. I *try* to post a bi-monthly update for us, some times I actually post it every 2 weeks, some times it's a little longer.

So girls, how have the past *almost* 3 weeks been? Any crazy stories about Thanksgiving?

Well my life has been crazy for the past 3 weeks. FIRST - 2 days before my Birthday our bedroom flooded. We have been living in our living room for 19 days and it sucks. We had a good low-key thanksgiving, but with our bed in the middle of the room Tongue Tied SECOND - When I thought I was done with AF, I was wrong, WAY WRONG. She showed up again on CD19 (?) and was in full force, that lasted for 9 days. Awful! THIRD - I got super sick during AF. Our landlords were in and out of our house, while I lay miserable in full view - blah! FOURTH - court is over, it is done. I am not 100% happy with the out come, but at least DH will keep his job. FIFTH - My school BFF (we never talk any more) texted me to tell me she is KTFU with baby #3 from baby daddy #3. Weird thing though? I already knew! SIXTH - my parents barrowed money from us for new tires, almost $800. Confused

No news in the TTC land. That chapter of our life seems to be collecting dust...

QOTW: I don't have much on my wish list. DH is buying me a new phone and a tattoo.

Rawr, that is quite the update. Hopefully the craziness dies down soon and you can relax a little bit. It sounds like you deserve a break.

As for me, I'm doing okay. I'm on new diet restrictions, including going gluten-free so that is a new challenge. I've been focusing a lot on that and trying to find recipes and things that I can actually eat. I also took a temping break this cycle so I'm not really obsessing. It's kind of nice. I'm looking forward to Christmas and a break from work. Also, I'm so much closer to March which is when I will be able to quit my job. Unless I get and stay pg before then, which I highly doubt.

ETA: I forgot to answer my Christmas wish list! I would like a freezer and then the money to buy 1/4 cow from a local farmer.

I had my HSG & ultrasound last Thursday. my CD3 ultrasound showed enlarged tubes so my RE ordered a more detailed ultrasound. HSG showed clear tubes so that was good but it also showed a filling defect.RE thinks it may be a polyp. Ultrasound showed that my endo had returned so we have laproscopy & a hysteroscopy scheduled for January 4th. I'm not looking forward to it at all but if it gets me closer to my rainbow baby, I'll do it.

I'm really hoping someone gives me a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. If not, I'll go get one for myself lol.

I'm planning to spend the next few weeks in an alcoholic stupor. My H has to go in for a liver biopsy soon, my sister delivered a baby (was induced on MY freaking due date, no less, ugh), and my mother is officially off her rocker.

Work's crazy, but that's about the extent of my updates.

My Christmas list is insane this year, lol. I figured if I couldn't have my baby I was going to ask for everything else I wanted. New Cole Haan boots, moissanite earrings (I don't do diamonds), Pandora bracelet, KA food processor, and a Mauviel copper bowl w/ a stand.

Rawr - I believe you have more updates that I would have in 4 months. I'm glad court is over and your Thanksgiving was as good as it could be with a bed in the living room! I hope you are feeling better now.

Jenn - how is the new diet going? Have you been able to find suitable gluten-free alternatives for your fav things?

EKGibs - sorry to hear about the endo coming back. FX your lap goes smoothly in Jan!

As for me, this is my first wine and cheese party after our most recent loss. We found out the day before Thanksgiving that we no longer had a heartbeat at 9 weeks. We ended up staying in and not seeing anyone for Thanksgiving because we were/are quite devastated. Had a d&c two weeks or so ago and now I'm just waiting. My OB wants to do an HSG now....I have had a saline ultrasound and 3D ultrasound showing a bicornuate uterus, but since there is no explanation for this loss, he thinks both ultrasounds might have been wrong. At this point, I really want someone to just tell me that I will never have kids so I can move on and start exploring other options....but until someone tells me that, I'm going to cling to this hope that it might still be possible. To sum it up, it's been a really rough couple of weeks.

I don't have much on my Christmas list this year. I need a new blender (ours broke) so we can make yummy maragaritas again. I also want a lot of snow for Christmas so I can go snowshoeing with DH.

Rawr - I'm so glad court is over, but I'm so sorry about the flooding. I can't even imagine what that would feel like.

Jenn - Yikes, gluten free?! I'll be praying that you can stick to it.

EK - I know I already said it, but I'm so sorry you didn't get better news from your HSG. Prayers for the upcoming lap.

Debate - *HUGE HUGS* sweetie, absolutely no one deserves to go through the past few months you've had.

Sammer - I'm so sorry these past few weeks have sucked. FWIW, I hope the HSG will reveal what's really going on.

AFM, I feel like I don't really have an update. DH will be doing his post-op SA this week, but results may not come in until next. So I just wait some more...

QOTW: I'm lame, I don't really have a Christmas list. But DH really wants a Keurig maker.

Rawr - That is one heck of an update for just 3 weeks time. I hope your bedroom floor gets fixed soon. That sounds really stressful!

Jenn - I'm glad you get a break from obsessing over your chart. Temping breaks have often been really nice for me.

EKGibs - I'm so sorry you have to have another lap. I hope that it will be just the thing to help you get and stay pg really soon. Jan 4 will be here before you know it.

Smootiepie - Having to wait really sucks. I hope you get good news once it does finally come in.

I'm 3dpo in my first medicated cycle (Femara, TI, Progesterone). On CD 12 we had one big follie with the rest being too small to catch up. I O'd earlier on Femara, so that was nice. I don't think our chances are really any better than a non-medicated cycle though since it was still only one egg. Oh well. We gave it a good try, so I'll try to have some hope.

Other than that, the first anniversary of our first EDD is Christmas Eve, and it turns out that it still sucks this year, just in a different kind of way I guess.

Rawr - thanks for keeping up with this update. Sounds like a lot you had a lot going on these last few weeks. In glad your DHs court stuff is over and that you are feeling better.

Jenn0021 - good luck with the new diet. March will be here before you know it.

EKGibs - good luck with your hysteroscopy. I'm sorry to hear that the Endo is back.

Debate This - (((Hugs))) I hope everything goes well with your DHs biopsy.

Smootiepie - I've been thinking of you. FX that your DHs SA comes back good. Waiting really does suck.

Hippo - I have so much hope for you. FX that you get a surprise for Christmas. ((hugs)) on your upcoming EDD. You know I'll be thinking of you.

Jenek - I have everything crossed for you. I really hope 2013 brings you joy after the year you've had you deserve much happiness.

As for me. I finally heard back from the RE's office today. The nurse I worked with last time apologized for all the delay. I will be going in for bloodwork as soon as I can and DH will do his bloodwork and SA at the same time. Hopefully we can find some time within the next week to get it done. Once they get the results we will have another phone consult to go over the results and make another action plan. I feel like we keep starting over.

I've been pretty exhausted with all the stuff I've had going on. I stopped taking my meds for my sleep disorder and I have started drinking 1/2 caf in the morning instead regular coffee. I am dragging because of those changes but it will be worth it if it helps me get another rainbow.

QOTW: I just want Barnes and Noble gift cards so I can buy books. I'm boring. Lol

Jenek - I'm so glad you had a great scan and things are moving forward. Not to mention our upcoming GTG!! I hope Christmas goes easy on you - as much as possible. ((hugs))

KGS - I hope you can get your blood work and SA stuff done soon so you can move forward with a detailed plan. Good for you for cutting down on caffeine and sleeping meds. I know how much you want this and I'll be here to continue to remind you that I'm rooting for you all the way.

Stlucia - I'm glad you let your Dr. know about your shortening LP and that you are going to get it checked and talk about options. I hope you get an answer that is easy to fix.
