Hi, new here

Hi ladies, I just wanted to quickly introduce myself and say hi. I recently had a baby (5 weeks tomorrow, wow) and am just now getting the time to post. I live in Odenton and work in Howard County as a school psych. I'm on mat. leave until about Valentine's day so hopefully I can get on the board more often now that we have settled into some sense of a routine. I'm really interested in finding some other moms or groups in the area (anywhere from Annapolis to Columbia and in between). I'd love to find some moms who have similar age kids, but will welcome anyone who would like to get out of the house and hang out for the occasional few hours. I don't want to write a novel so I'll stop here. Hope to get to know you ladies better!

    I believe a few post down someone asked about mom groups in Anne Arundel County.

    Congratulations on your new little one!  I also work in Howard County!  I teach high school.  I'm currently pregnant and due with my first baby in early March.  Welcome to the board!

    Hello there! Welcome and congratulations!! I'm due in Jan with our first, 3 weeks as of today!! We live in Howard County and will be looking for a moms group / play group in a few months as well. I hear there are a few ti look into in meetup as well as a few on this board also. Good luck!
