s/o stocking stuffers (sort of) Larger Gifts

What bigger gift(s) are you getting for LO's this year? I usually think of getting DS one "big" gift and also some smaller ones. I have a few smaller gifts, I'm just not sure what to get him for a bigger gift.

The"bigger" gifts that we are getting DD are a toy box and a rocking horse. Mid-range presents may include alphabet fridge magnets, books, and maybe a melissa & doug pounding bench. My mom got her the little people farm.

I don't have any big gifts this year. I got her a Tag Reader, but the more I think about it, the more I think I might get her a Leapster 2 also.

She has a bike and tricycle. I can't really think of anymore "big" things she needs at this point.

We got DD a pirate ship (which is really just a large toy) and a stroller for her baby dolls.

I guess the biggest gift (both size and $$) is her kitchen which my parents are getting her.

I didn't get Faith a big toy this year. Orignally I planned on getting her a new cover for the Anywhere chair and a new one for Ava but in the end decided against it.

Ava's big gift is the Leappad 2.

We got B a kitchen which is her big gift and then a few other smaller things (doll, kitchen accessories and some Elmo stuff). Not over the top but I wanted to get her something that's more "mature" and that she can grow with.

The biggest gift we got DS is the Cozy Coupe car. He loved the one at DH's grandfather's house so I know he'll be in it constantly. We also go him an elephant rocker, a tonka dump truck and some books and wooden puzzles.

Mia's "big" gift is the My Little Pony wedding castle, and that's only big in the sense that it's what she wants the most. .

Princess Cadence (Unicorn Bride) is coming to our house tomorrow for E's birthday. I debated that Castle long and hard, but decided against b/c E doesn't even know it exists yet!

We did not get DD1 a larger gift this year, but my ILs got her the LeapPad 2 so I guess that counts. We got her a lot of small to medium things that I know she will love. She doesn't even know that the LeapPad exists, but I think she will love it nonetheless.

DD2 is only getting stocking stuffers to make Santa seem more realistic for DD1 Smile Pacifiers, hairbows and teething toys.

DDs big gift this year will be a LeapPad2 and DS will get a train table (which I'm sure they both will play with). I figure the trains and accessories can be future birthday/Christmas presents. Hoping they are both into it!

D1 asked for a trumpet. Indifferent So I found one on amazon and its coming to our house.

We're also getting the girls a sit and spin. I may be more excited about it than I should be.

Add me to the Leap Pad 2 list. DS is obsessed with my iPad. I'm hoping this gets me back occasional use of it.

My parents are also getting him a ton of stuff, including a very legit looking mini drum set that he can bang on with daddy.

Our big gifts are the PBK anywhere chair and a tricycle. Another semi big one is the Little People wheelies track but we bought it on super sale during balck Friday so it was only 24.00 soooo it's big in the sense that it's a larger toy...SaraKate your DS may like that! What about a train table or train set?

We decided on this, or something similar - the amusement park one. DH said he, himself, would love it so we are hoping DS will too!
