According to my Pedi, and most things I've read they should get between 16-24 ounces of milk a day. DS drinks 20-24 ounces. It's on the high side, but he lost a pound between his 9 month and 12 month visit. The Dr. wants him to have the additional calories through milk, even though he eats a ton most days. We keep a straw cup of water available to him at all times. He usually drinks between 8-12 ounces a day.

This!
Levi drinks 20 to 24 ounzes as he is on the small side. From 9 to 13 months he only gained and grew 8 ounces and 1 inches. He has one in morning, one before his nap and one before bed
When LBB is on milk exclusively his doctor wants him drinking 24 oz a day. Right now he drinks about 10 to 12 ounces at daycare and still nurses at home. He drinks water with meals at home and throughout the day at daycare
I think on average DD drinks about 24 oz a day. She can't get enough of it. I literally have to make sure she's taking in enough water during the day, since she would rather have milk!nbsp;
I struggle off and on with Nora. She's also had really loose stools the past few days, which I'm pretty sure is attributed to teething. I worry she's not getting enough of either sometimes.

DD gets 8 oz a day if I'm lucky. We are having to work so hard to get milk into her. However, we're still BFing and she gets quite a bit from that in the morning and at night.
My pedi wasn't worried; just said to make sure to get plenty of cheese, yogurt, and other full-fat dairy into her. Luckily she loves cheese and greek yogurt so she eats a ton of both of those things every day.
DD doesn't get nearly enough. I am actually going to talk to the pedi about it again today. On a good day she will drink abotu 8 oz. She does eat plenty of dairy (yogurt, cheese)
