Re: Back aches and leg pains

  • I’m going out on a limb here, but I think every single pregnant woman feels this way.

  • I hello! Sorry you are feeling like your lower half of your body is not feeling right! I have struggled with my lower back for years and it’s paying off because I’ve already been in some good habits like yoga and a low sugar diet. I heard a magnesium supplement can help and I have always found if Western medicine wasn’t quite working- try a highly rated eastern practitioner. Acupuncture, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, etc. I have found much peace combining both eastern and western medicine. Best of luck to you and all the lower body struggling moms out there! ✌️❤️

  • With my first I hit 13 weeks and made major hip and lower back pain. So much so my hips would feel like they were grinding or being hit with a sharp metal object. Then would even get stuck at times. It was soooooo painful and hard to work my active job. I got through it with chiropractic care and lots of patience with myself. However after delivering I found a wonderful physiotherapist who has worked with me the last 2 years. She explained how some people are just much more loose in their joints and I really felt that around my period each month. We are now 14.5 weeks with our second pregnancy and my hips are starting to really losses and cause some discomfort and sharp pain on occasion. However this time I am equipped with stretches and movements from my physio as well as monthly appointments with her to get my neck, back and hips all back in alignment. It has been soooooo much better then last time around.

I hope you can find some relief!

I started having restless leg syndrome at 19 weeks and I’m now 22. It’s only gotten worse. To the point that I can’t even fall asleep. Also I have a lower lumbar curve so back pain is always there. The ONLY thing I have found to help is upping my magnesium intake with Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion every night before bed. Magnesium is best absorbed through the skin so I rub it into my ankles, knees, thighs, lower back and hip every single night. One night I forgot due to exhaustion and I felt horrible. I could not fall asleep. So give it a try, they sell it on Amazon for like $18 I think. Absolutely worth every penny.
