? about 3 wheel scooter

Hello Ladies!  I'm looking at getting scooters for my almost 3 y.o. DDs.  Is it better/more stable to have 2 wheels in front or in back?  Any advice would be great...TIA!

    Mini Kick has two wheels in the front and kicks butt if you can afford it. It does not compare to other 3 wheel scooters.

    DD is getting a Radio Flyer 3 wheeled scooter for her bday. I did some research and most people preferred the 2 wheels in the front because when they're in the back, the kids scrape their ankles on the wheels

    I got DD1 a Razor mini or something for $30 at Walmart and she loves it and does great with it. Even over our bumpyass sidewalks in my neighborhood. My younger daughter tries to use it too. Great price for it!
