DS has a temper

And he gets it from me. I wondered why he gets sooo angry when he's hungry until now. I went postal on a load of laundry a little while ago because I hadn't had more than a granola bar to eat today and it was all I could manage to snarf down with DS being fussy and not wanting me to put him down. We are having napping problems today so when DS finally fell asleep I didn't want to wake him up by setting him down to go eat. Three hours go by, DH is still sleeping (granted he didn't get home from work till 4am) and I haven't done much other than watch TV. So I quietly try to set DS in his crib to keep snoozing but he immediately wakes up. DH wakes up and takes him but I'm so cranky I start throwing laundry all over the kitchen floor (DH must think I'm nuts, or he is just very understanding). I nosh on some hummus and crackers and start sobbing because I need more substance than that... like beef (a stupid pregnancy craving I wish I could get rid of- I used to eat mostly chicken and fish).

I wish I could fix this, but my whole life I get cranky when I'm hungry. Never before have I gone ape-sh!t like this though. I hope this temper thing doesn't become too horrible of a problem when DS becomes a toddler, or I may run off to the hills and not come back till he's a teenager.

*no babies were harmed during this course of events*

    I am like that too. I get super pissy when I am hungry and heaven forbid dh ask me to make a decision because I will lose it. I have learned to keep snacks around the house and with in arms reach incase I'm holding Lo.

    DH would always piss me off when I was getting hungry... "what/where do you wanna eat?" 

    Heck if I know! FOOD! dammit! I can't think...

    I HATE when DH asks what I want to eat when I've already approached the point of no return. Anything, I'll eat anything! Then he gets pissed because I'm not giving him a straight answer. Well I don't have one.
