Sleep Question

DD is almost 16 mths, we co-sleep and she nurses. All week long she has been getting up in the middle of the night like it is time to get up for the day. She fights me for an hour plus to go back to sleep. Is this normal? How do I get her to stop? Thanks!

    What is nap time like? Is she sleeping well during the day? Also, anything new? Teeth, different schedule, milestones?

    You could try to make the room darker or try to figure out what might be causing her to wake up and preempt it. I've heard about babies her age waking because of a soiled diaper...maybe you could try changing her diaper late at night and see if she sleeps better. Good luck!
