  Our date night sitter is 99 of the time available for our twice a month dates.nbsp; I am so appreciative.nbsp; We're going to give her a nice gift card to Target.

  We also have a great sitter who is available 99% of the time to us, whether we call the day before or a week in advance.  I have been trying to decide whether or not to just give her some extra cash or a gift certificate to someplace like Target, Starbucks or a spa.
