I try to avoid going to stores with him just because his carseat is as big as me lol. But if I have to I hit every where I need to go in one day and try to make it in less than 3 hours. But we go on a walk probably twice a day. He gets really fussy during the afternoon and the K'tan puts him to sleep so I do that when nothing else works.
I have older kids too, so we are out of the house daily and have been since the first week. We take my older kids to preschool, playgroup, ballet, go shopping, etc. When the weather was warmer, we walked outside too, but it's too cold now. I would go insane if we didn't leave the house at least once a day...
We go out for errands almost daily because I need to get out and there really isn't a good place for us to walk. We also go out to lunch a couple times a week either with my mother or DH.
TTC since Jan. 2010 DX Unexplained infertility

I take her to work with me 2-3 days a week, and then I take her to my Aunt's on Thursdays so I can actually get something done at work. We don't really have good sidewalks/roads to take a stroller on, but I've taken her out in the carrier a few times. She used to hate getting put in the car seat, but has pretty much gotten over it.

We go out every day! It's mainly for my dogs sainty to be honest. I have to walk/hike my 2 dogs daily or else they go skitzo. But I do have a limited time frame, since my daylight hours are very limited. So far it gets light around 10am and dark around 3:30pm!! Alaskan winters can be brutal! Seems weird that I have to put reflector stuff on my stroller if I want to take out my LO.

I can't imagine this! Winter makes me sleepy as it is, but being dark that much would drive me crazy!

I walk the dog wearing her on nice days. Otherwise we only take her out once or twice a week. It stresses me out to have her breakdown in public and I figure it is a FTM luxury.
If the weather permits, we go for a walk everyday. It is getting colder (I'm in MN), so that won't continue soon. Otherwise we go to storytime at the library twice a week for my daughter and run errands at least once a week. On the weekends we tend to get out at least once. So, I'd say we average 5-6 days a week without the daily walks that may or may not happen
Well between choir practice, visiting my parents and fi's parents and running errands and visiting with my friends we go out pretty often. LO loves it! He loves all the christmas lights they are putting up now. Too cold in Wisconsin to be going out walking. We go mall walking though lol! It's nice to get outta the house.

This, except we're not out daily. Not because I don't want to, but the hassle of getting both kids ready, timing it between feeding sessions, mealtimes and potty breaks is overwhelming at times. I'd say we go out at least 3-4x a week

This exactly. My LO is getting better, but is still very unpredictable. I never know when she is going to have a HUGE screamfest and it makes me anxious to even think about that happening in a store or restaurant. Hopefully, things will get better soon - she just turned 6 weeks and i've already seen improvement.
Every day, or else I'd go stir crazy. I just time it so we leave 20 min-1 hour after he eats, and he almost always falls asleep in the stroller/carrier.
