womancake was from pregnancy days and always had a lot of input (which would have been nice to see this past year) and I think panda scared away smudge's mom.. Just kidding.. I forgot her name too!

Yeah, there were a few bumpies whose birth stories I was really looking forward to, and then they just dissappeared after they gave birth. Windsongs, Womancake, Lupe, and LaComtesse to name a few.

I bet Lupe has some pretty awesome ideas for this stage! She shared a lot of different ideas that i used (e.g., the poop diary and the hanging book shelves)

I feel so creepy since I was a dirty lurker back then, but Lupe was one of my favorites! I tracked down her blog a few months ago and she hadn't posted anything in a while. Someone here said they saw her post on another board a while back too. Gosh, I feel like a stalker!! lol

I really like womancake and La Comtesse too. And what was the girl's sn who had the girly dinosaur nursery? I think her real name started with a J and she was on the FB group. She had a bunch of neighbor drama.

I actually saw LaComtesse post a comment on a tech blog a while back, it absolutely made my day! She was talking about how this community was valuable to her during her pregnancy. It was really nice to read! I think she's on FB now.

There was also Pina, and lmjt. The girl with the pink hair is azrayla.

This whole post makes me think Bloodymary Bloodymary Bloodymary Ahahaha. Seriously though laurynfairy did a gbcb way back when with all her insomnia posts. Most of the others left with the peatopia fb mass exodus. Malin last I heard was having some home issues that were taking up a lot of her time. Eta. Azrayla still randomly posts on the craft board. She's been having family issues. She moved states and all over the last year. I used to keep in close contact with her but things drifted apart shortly after her move. She was always awesome.

Azrayla was another one of my favorites. I'm sorry to hear things are not going well for her.

Baby autumn just popped in this weekend I believe (or maybe it was last weekend). I agree she does she like just a super nice, incredibly patient person. Definitely the type of person I'd love to teach my child.

I see Malin post on Pinterest sometimes. I was just thinking the other day I haven't seen here around her. BabyAutumn posted here last week or the week before.

Didnt Lupe go into labour really early or something? I thought I got the impression that something bad had happened? Might be thinking of someone else. I read her a blog a couple times but never bookmarked it.

Laurynwhatever ticked me off all the time because all Canadian mothers receive a tax credit benefit every month from the government, and the less income you have the more you receive. As a banker, I can guarantee you she was probably receiving over 300 per month from the government alone, not including any sort of social services. She always complained she couldn't afford anything. She obviously wasn't using her money wisely.

Lupe moved to China with her H for schoo/work or something. IDK if they are still there. The FB group might have insight into her.

She is not a member of the FB group but some of us keep in touch with her. She is not in China anymore, that was a short stint for her DH's schoolwork or something. Her little girl is Flor.

LaComtesse comments on Jezebel all the time-- probably every day (same name, same avatar that she used to use here). Her comments are often promoted because she's still hilarious as hell. I miss her too.
