2:05am... Second feeding tonight, since little one started her sleeping evening so much earlier. Just got another 2.5 hour stretch. Hoping for 3 hours next.

And there is her motn epic poop!

Said epic poop just made DD wide awake. I, had to completely change her. Nursing again, so hopefully I have some got some super sleep inducing milk.

3:15am. So no go on the sleeping part. LO did fall asleep for 5 minutes and then woke up. I gave up after 10 minutes and woke up DH to rock her to sleep. I'm tired and need my rest.

Oh and on top of having an inconsistent night, my right boob is on fire because LO can't latch correctly at night on my right side. My poor nipple.

I went to bed at midnight while dh gave dd a bottle. It's now 445 and I've been awake about 45 min, not because of dd but because I'm so effing hot! Seriously, I thought the freaking hot flashes would end after delivery, but nooo. Dh is cuddled up with the comforter and I'm sweating my balls off. Ugh. So I got up as soon as dd woke up to feed her and turn down the heater. Hopefully I'll get a few more hours of sleep in before I have to wake up for work! Fx!

Frustrated! Dh just woke LO up snoring. If I wasn't EBF, I' say"you wake her, you take her!"

She didn't sleep but three hrs yesterday so she is exhausted. She had been asleep since 10! A 5 hr stretch and she wasn't waking anytime soon. I was up to pump. Then, he did a really loud snore followed by loud mumbling And she jumped, arms flailed, and she cried. Grr, hello 3am. I hope she can fall back to sleep. She needs it so badly!

5:30 And now, the flipping dog having a dream, whimpering and barking woke her! Between dh and the dog, my poor child can't sleep.

2nd MOTN feeding. Oliver nursed and Reid took a bottle. I'm so glad my mom helps when DH is out of town. And now I'm pumping. 11 oz. Right boob only. Moo.

6:23 and its my second MOTN feeding even though technically it isn't night anymore. You know your day will be good when your LO projectile poops and pees on you while you're already changing a verry poopy diaper. Wish you all a good day and some extra sleep.

Hello gals! It's 1:55 here and I just got done feeding the boys. I'm hoping that they stay content and sleep until 5:00. Hoping everyone is having a good night so far!

They did it! It's 5:45 and they gave eaten and are back to sleep. Now lets see if they can sleep until 9:00. If they can this will be the fourth night in a row they've slept 4 hours stretches!!

345a I am here, fed LO and hope he sleeps until at least 6a. 1st MOTN feeding was at 1230a. hubby has an early day tomorrow at 7a so I hope to shower and dress by 6a.
I have an interview today (Thursday) and 3 next week! Fingers and toes crossed! ihope to have a new position by January!

351 side lying session turned into me falling asleep and then 655 rolled around and LO wanted to eat again. Missed my 4am pump because I fell asleep and my boo a hurt now. Fed LO again now were both awake. I'm pumping and he's chillin on the bed. Surprisingly after not falling asleep until 2 or 230 I feel very rested finally.

Any of this? I know it's flame worthy but if LO is just awake and content next to me or whatever I close my eyes and rest. With dd she would lay in her crib, swing, playmat etc and just play and chill so I would get some power naps in. At this point baby isn't mobile yet so it's not the end of the world.
Screaming wise some ideas that worked with my dd1... Standing in the warm shower, kitchen fan on, lots of lights and then pitch black, Mickey Mouse, singing, wearing in bjorn and walking anywhere, driving around the block then leave baby IN carseat sleeping. Maybe gas?? Gas drops, gripe water, massage belly, warm pad on belly, bicycling the legs. Does LO sleep during the day? Try and sleep with her as cliche as that sounds every little bit of sleep helps

9:15 just tucked in DD#1 and swaddled up DD#2 and put her in her bassinet. DH and I enjoying some time on the couch.

By 10:15 DD#1 was in bed with us. She stayed at my parents house Tuesday night and everytime she stays the night away from us the next night she insists on sleeping in our bed She claims she just misses us. How do you say no to that lol.

DD#2 for some reason the past two nights has been waking at 1:00am 3:00am and then 5:00am. Normally it is 1:00am and then 5:00am.

At the 3:00am wake up the past two nights she BF's for maybe 10 min tops and then passes back out so I am not awak for very long but I really need to break her of this.

6:30am. So we are on our third feeding for the night and before I know it, it will be light outside. Its been a very hard night for me and I have to say, I am so lucky. If this is a rough night, compared to some of you ladies who deal with a lot more and still make out through.

My normally independent child has decided that if she isn't touching someone, the world is ending. So she slept in our bed, face buried in my boobs. It took me 15 minutes to be able to get up to pee, and when I did, Husband had to put his hand on her. 4:45 now. Hopefully I get a few more hours.

Well normally I'd ask my mom and she'd do it gladly but with all her worsening health problems I'm not adding screaming baby to the mix. My DH woke up to help me from 1-2:30. Eventually she decided to go to sleep, it's 7 now. Thanks ladies.
