We started our routine at 8. Feed, bath, massage, feed/book, bed. Guess who's still not sleeping? That's right-creepy doll.

It's only 8pm right now, but I wish it was later! LO is sleeping right now, but will wake up soon to feed again before going down for the night. DH is at a work function tonight... I wish he was here...

I put Cam in his swinghe won't sleep flat yet about 20minutes ago. He is sleeping and I am pumping what he didn't eat. Then it's off to bed I go.

I went to the ILs for dinner since DH was working a double. I tried to nap but couldn't because LO kept crying off and on even though they were doing everything right.

I was up at 6AM and this kid doesn't sleep for long stretches!!

9:15 just tucked in DD#1 and swaddled up DD#2 and put her in her bassinet. DH and I enjoying some time on the couch.

DS is screaming off and on with gas. If I play white noise or they baby got colic video he stops for a few minutes then back at it. Gonna be a long night.

Both boys are crying and fussy because they didn't poop last feed. You would think that it has been days since their last poop. Babies are so irrational. -__-

1035. I have tried to put a sleeping LO into her pnp twice...so far LO 2, mom 0. She woke up within 5 minutes each time.

Just after 10 here. Got E down without any screaming or crying by rocking her while Z chilled in the RNP. Was a little sad to find the baby wide awake after laying the toddler down. Now I'm nursing and hoping to be in bed soon myself.

LO is 6 weeks tomorrow and is nursing and has been on and off since 8 or so. This has been her pattern for a week or so. She doesn't actually let me put her down without waking until about 11it's 11:10. Hoping she builds back up to sleeping 4 to 5 hours as it has been 2 to 3 lately. One thing that's been great is once she falls asleep, she hasn't been fussing when waking up to nurse. Still can't get side nursing down yet....

It is so sad to hear my babies cough. On that note its hard to get a coughing newborn to sleep. 10:30 and I'm rocking Z. She's asleep but not sure she will stay that way if I lay her down.

8:45pm here. DH is rocking LO, hopefully she goes down at least for a bit...I'm exhausted after being up every 20 minutes last night. I was so tired I slept through my alarm this morning and missed an appointment.

I need sleep.

8:00 here. My kid is a spit up machine tonight. I have changed her outfit 3 times. I am running outta clothes! She is just in a plain onesie for now. I hope she has a nightgown left in her drawer! LOL

Just got back from the gym! Woohoo Big Smile

Anyway Jovanni was fussing and I needed to shower so I laid him on his stomach with white noise and he is out! I'm waiting a few more minutes before I flip him then I'm taking a shower(: Hopefully I will get my 5 hour stretch back since he is feeling better!

So, that nap at 8pm turned into 2.5 hours.. Feeding now at 10:30pm. We are totally off normal now, so who knows what will come next. I didn't pass out until about 9:30pm, so I might our might not be getting sleep tonight. I guess we'll see.

9:50, been feeding E since 6 with very few breaks between. This might be the start of the 6 week growth spurt. Combine that with shots tomorrow and I might just die. Ugh, ugh, ugh.

1253 DS is asleep I think.. He keeps grunting and making noises. I really hate sharing a room with a newborn! Ugh can't wait until I can put DD and DS in the same room.

I'm exhausted, too much stress gee thanks DH now my pumping has gone to crap :sad face: since I can't make one with mobile.

Almost midnight and I just got out of the shower because Zoe coughed and projectile spit up all over me. No idea when I'll get around to cleaning the glider since its in the bedroom and my toddler is a restless sleeper. Did I mention Zoe is still wide awake? Yea. I'm so ready to have DH back.

1:07am, just finished nursing, changing, and rocking DS to sleep after an hour... He had a huge burp stuck so there was some serious screaming, but he seems better now... He gave me 2.5 hrs already which he never does... I wish I had known, I would have gone to sleep a while ago!

a girl can dream for at least 3 hours next... See y'all soon!

It's 12:30 here, just got her to sleep after a long evening of her being really fussy. It started at 8--she woke up and wanted to eat, but was super fussy and stayed on for about an hour. Then she was wide awake til 10:30, slept for an hour (I slept too) then was up at midnight. I fed her for like 5 minutes (fussy again at my boob-what is going on?!) then passed out. FX this is it for the night and she's down for 6 hours like she's been for the past week.

I can't sleep. Then my stupid butt starts googling PP insomnia and its linked with PPD? But I don't really feel any other symptom... I guess irritable though but I think that's justified considering stress. Sigh... Guess ill bring it up at my appt today.

Midnight here and getting our last feed in before she goes down for the night. DH is a gem and is taking the motn feeding for the second night in a row. I'm pretty sure LO gave me her little cold. I've had a massive headache, stuffed sinuses and body aches all day, so I went ahead and took a percocet that I had left over from labor. Pretty sure I'll be sleeping good tonight! No judging!

11:16 and LO is asleep but grunting like crazy, so who knows how much sleep DH and I will get. I'm a little nervous because little dude has slept more today than he has in weeks. I just pray that he won't wake up and wanna be wide awake in the motn because of it!

2:40, just finishing up E's first feeding since 8:45. This is the

wake up time I could get used to! He's been doing these awesome

stretches the first half of the night but then is up every 1-2

hrs after. I can never get him back down in the RNP for long

after this 1st MOTN feeding. Even swaddled, which he

loves. Wishing I am successful tonight!

Frustrated! Dh just woke LO up snoring. If I wasn't EBF, I' say"you wake her, you take her!"

She didn't sleep but three hrs yesterday so she is exhausted. She had been asleep since 10! A 5 hr stretch and she wasn't waking anytime soon. I was up to pump. Then, he did a really loud snore followed by loud mumbling And she jumped, arms flailed, and she cried. Grr, hello 3am. I hope she can fall back to sleep. She needs it so badly!

It's 12:26. I'm so jealous of everyone who is 'waking up for the first MOTN feeding'. I must be the only one in this thread whose kid has not slept tonight. Well, that's a lie, she slept for like 30 minutes after I first checked in. Then, she woke up crying, ate, diaper change, rinse and repeat. Now, she is laying next to me on the couch, just awake. I honestly don't know how long I can do this. I'm so tired. I just want sleep.

I have an interview today (Thursday) and 3 next week! Fingers and toes crossed! ihope to have a new position by January!

Said epic poop just made DD wide awake. I, had to completely change her. Nursing again, so hopefully I have some got some super sleep inducing milk.

Apparently, burping and rocking for 20 is not enough despite 3 large burps. She was down for less than 5 minutes. When I picked her up..huge burp and a wide awake child.
