DD will be starting to go to "daycare" in mid January - my cousin will be watching her. DD will be about 5.5 months.
My cousing plans to set up a crib in thier spare room. Her current crib is a drop side (her youngest is 7). Origionally she thought she had a conversion thing to make the sides safe. But just found out that she doesn't have it (or maybe there isn't such a thing). I might try to contact the manufacture to see if there is something to make it safe. But since its an older crib there might not be.
So we're trying to figure out what to do for sleep/napping. She has an extra pack n play. But I don't think that will be very comfortable for all the time napping. Espchally as she gets older and heavier!
I just checked out IKEA's website and was looking at the SINGLAR crib ($70) and the GULLIVER crib ($100). Anyone use these? Are they full size cribs?
Just to put it in perspective - I paid less than $200 for her crib at home - we got the Graco Lauren Signature Crib. I think I paid $150? So I am really looking for a cheap idea!
TIA!

EDD 10/15/16
At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid. Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth. If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP. My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!
