My EDD is coming up quickly and it's also my last week of work before maternity leave. Wohoo! Unfortunately though, I find it hard to find time to get on here and post when I am at home.

Is there someone that would be willing to take over the check in? Preferably someone who is pretty active on TB (doesn't have to be this board) and early in their pregnancy.

My husband and I are hosting Thanksgiving for the first time this year...I'm freaking terrified. I hope I don't screw it up! My favorite Thanksgiving food is probably my Mom's stuffing. MMM. Hopefully I do a decent job of it!

We are heading to my 87-year-old grandmother's house. She insists on hosting every major holiday. We will arrive early so DH can help her lift the hot turkey out of the oven, but that's all we're allowed to help with (until cleanup).

My favorite food is her stuffing. I've tried to re-create it and failed (it was edible, but not as good as hers) even with her recipe. I don't know what her secret is, but it's delish!

We wont be hosting, but will be attending family gatherings on my DHs side on Thursday and then Saturday. My family is a bit too far away to get to this year.

Favorite thanksgiving food? Its hard to pick just one. However, I always look forward to my aunt's coconut creme pie. Wont be getting that this year at Thanksgiving or Christmas...boo.

We are in Canada so we have already had our thanksgiving which was just our little family so nice and quiet this year. My favorite food is stuffing like my hubbys grandmother makes.

What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Going to Grandma's less than an hour away. sharing cooking duties with her and with little sis.

Will you be hosting? No, but after numerous hints from the G-ma this year, I am definitely never going to plan to have dinner at her house again. Maybe I will try to get together with my SIL and she can come over to my place and we can host together or something but it has rubbed my nerves raw that my grandmother keeps 'jokingly' calling off Thanksgiving and every time I say "We can do it here at my place" she insists "no" -ugh!

What is your favorite Thanksgiving food? I like anything that pairs vegetables with cheese. Also, turkey with stuffing.

I liked the NBR question this week but I wanted to add that I am so excited about my home birth!!!!!
