NBR: Chain restaurants and b-day specials?

All other factors aside, what chain restaurant has the best free b-day dessert? 

Here are the ones I know:
Chili's (chocolate shake)
Old Chicago (giant chocolate chip cookie)
Red Robin (ice cream sundae)
Red Lobster (ice cream sundae)
