I am 38 weeks pregnant.....and have scabbies! With the last few weeks of pregnancy being so fun, I have little mites eating me alive. I treated myself a week ago, so they are all dead, but the doc says that I will be itching for a few weeks still! This is the thanks I get for being a public school teacher!

ugh! That is miserable! I teach too and catching something was one of my many reasons for deciding that it was time to be out of the classroom until after the baby is born.

By the way .... Could happen just as easily in a private school or if you had any other exposure to an infected kiddo.
