Buy a screw hook and screw into a wall stud close to the corner. Then tie a rope around the trunk and connect to the screw. You may need a few to stabilize it completely.

Anchor it to the wall so she can't accidentally knock it over.
It'll be in a corner... how do you anchor a tree?
Also, how do you keep your wrapping intact? I can't wrap presents for 35+ people all at the last minute.
