Back to back cycles

We were initially planning to do one last low stim IVF this year.  I've been monitored this cycle and my response has been poor. We decided this isn't a good month to continue with IVF.   I'm approaching O and my clinic wants to trigger me for TI.   If my response is improved in Dec then we want to move forward with that last IVF.

Has anyone heard anything negative about HCG in one cycle affecting qualiity in the next?  Apparently there was some studies in Japan about this.  I'm curious if anyone's RE ever mentioned it.

Should I be concerned about doing a trigger this month?

Ditto, McIrish, I've done IUIs consecutively. I think it's the ER part of IVF that's the most traumatic and necessitates a cycle break. After our concerted-to-IUI IVF cycle we launched right into the next IVF however it wasn't an immediate stim (EPP).
